Help me know if my PS5 Slim is truly new please

Hello everyone!

I'm reaching out to you and your knowledge regarding the PS5 Slim. I recently bought a PS5 Slim 1 TB advertised as new and sealed from a private seller, but I have a huge doubt because there was no blue sticker between the two plastic panels of the console (visible in Jojol's unboxing video, for example). Can this happen or is the sticker always present?

Once I noticed that, I dug a little deeper and removed the panel covering the fan. I found a few scratches on the SSD (I think that's what it is, but I have never opened it before and this is my first console since the PS3 besides the PS Portal). Could this happen at the factory?

Last thing that bothered me: the two stickers indicating sealing on the carton were not plastic but paper because I managed to cut them with my nail since they didn't peel off as easily as the PS Portal stickers, for example.

    Good evening,

    If your PS5 Slim is brand new, it should be sold in Sony's official packaging with intact warranty stickers and complete accessories (DualSense controller, cables, etc.).

    Also check for any signs of use and the pristine condition of the packaging.
