Hello,

Here is my problem:

The sound from the computer works correctly when I start it, but if I put it to sleep, it no longer works, or at least is almost inaudible when waking from sleep. I had never had this problem in the 4 years I've been using this computer. I therefore have to restart it to regain normal sound, until the next sleep mode.

I checked all the drivers, all are correct and up to date. I also checked the audio services, all are operational in automatic mode. I contacted Microsoft customer service. They fiddled with the services, with no result, and I had to restart several of them myself. I uninstalled the last two Windows updates (which roughly correspond to the date the problem appeared), still with no result. There are quite a few discussions online about the subject, but none have worked for me either.

Furthermore, for several days now, the security patch (KB5094126) (26200.8655) that might resolve the issue has not been able to install.

I am on Windows 11 Home, version 25H2.

What can I do?

Thank you for your help.
