Hello,
I’m reaching out to you because I’m currently facing a major issue with my Pinnacle Studio 21 software. Indeed, I can't seem to export my videos after I've edited them. I've tried simple footage, but nothing works; I've also tried different video formats but to no avail. However, when I only add titles, the export works. Help!
I do have a functional PC: Asus, 8GB RAM, Core i7, GEFORCE GT 630m-2GB graphics card, so I don't know what's going on. Is the error coming from the software? From my PC? From the video format? In any case, I can't export a video regardless of the format; the software gets stuck at a certain percentage....
Configuration: Windows / Firefox 57.0

Hello, your computer configuration is good, i7 ok, but what is the base frequency?
Please double-check your project if it runs smoothly, also extend the timeline to detect any small forgotten files in the cuts (yellow lines) that need to be removed, which can cause bugs if you have a project to finalize in HD. I suggest the following settings: mpeg4 (.mp4) 1080p 24fps with a bitrate of 12000kb/s
PS: I remind you that your software must be registered on the site to receive the codes for the different codecs to activate

Please remember to mark your message as "resolved" if that is the case.

Hello,
I am working on PINNACLE 21 Ultimate and have done what you advised.
Does 12,000 kb/s correspond to the "Bitrate"?
The characteristics of the video I am exporting are:
- Format: MPEG 4 - Visual
- Size: 1920 * 1080
- Frames per second: 59.54
- Bitrate: 16 MBit / s
Audio: 48 kHz, Stereo, 16 bits, bitrate 16 bits
Nothing is working; indeed, the film export stops when the opening titles finish and the footage begins.
Thank you for your previous advice.

Fantastic! I've been struggling with these loops for years... I changed my computer and the Pinnacle version and I was still bothered by those arrows on a gray background!
Pinnacle should reward you. I went through the entire manual without this problem being solved.
Hours on internet tutorials... I could hardly believe it when I saw your brilliant idea!
God bless you! Long life to you!
Really, a big thank you for sharing this!
