DNS Issues - SFR?

Hello

It has now been a month that my computer has a DNS problem. I have been scouring the internet for solutions but to no avail.

Symptom: No connections possible even though the Wi-Fi icon doesn't indicate any problems (no exclamation points). I still do a "right click" and "troubleshoot" and after a while it tells me Windows can't communicate with the device or resource (primary DNS server) or The DNS server is not responding, but after this action, the internet starts working again... until the next time.
Sometimes everything works fine for several hours, and other times I have to troubleshoot every 5 minutes, like right now.

What I have tested:
Changed the DNS servers, replaced with "208.67.222.222" and "208.67.220.220".
Cleared the DNS cache with ipconfig /flushdns.

Nothing works, and it's getting worse. I have run virus scans with Malwarebyte and Eset, but my computer is clean.
Just to write this email, the internet dropped 5 times! To send this message, I have to do the whole process to get a slot of internet.

I hope you can help me resolve this issue.

Thank you in advance.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 62.0.3202.94

Good evening, I have been in your situation. Last year, I was with SFR, using a wifi connection, I had the nb6v box and constantly had issues with the DNS server. I can assure you that it comes from SFR and the only thing to do is to change operators. I tried countless solutions and downloaded tons of stuff that were useless, I took my computer for repair at Fnac where the wifi worked perfectly with no DNS issues. Since December, I have been with Bouygues Telecom and I have no connection issues with wifi, DNS, etc. After, you shouldn't listen to them at SFR, they are idiots, for them the problems always come from our side.
