DNS server not responding!

Could you explain to me where to put these numbers please... thank you.

you go to internet protocol version 4, click on properties: the first box doesn't interest you, scroll down to the second and check the option to use the following server address
preferred DNS server: 208-67-222-222
alternate DNS server: 208-67-220-220

Hello, here's my problem:
When I go online, whether it's on Google Chrome or Internet Explorer, I always get the message "Web Page Inaccessible." I've tried different methods suggested by my browser, such as enabling/disabling my firewall. I also followed some tutorials on this forum that mentioned going into network settings where I had to do: Control Panel > Networks and Internet > "Network and Sharing Center" > Change adapter settings > Right-click on "Local Area Connection" > Set "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)" and "Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)" to "AUTOMATIC." This tutorial didn't work because it only lasts 5 minutes (or even less) before the Internet page "Web Page Inaccessible" reappears. I've tried restarting my computer several times, but nothing works. I also attempted to restore my computer to an earlier date, which unfortunately didn't work as I got an error message with the error code (0x8000ffff).

Could you please help me resolve these issues? I don't know what else to do... Thank you in advance.

Hello, you can set static DNS. To do this, click on the Control Panel, then Network and Sharing Center, and then Manage Network Connections. There, right-click on your network adapter, TCP/IP protocol. Check the Manual DNS box and you can enter, for example, Google's (8.8.8.8)

I have the same problem when I run a diagnosis
I first uninstalled and reinstalled the network card.
Changed the DNS (Google)
and still the same issue
the local network is working fine.
The pings to the DNS are good but no response to www.google.com
IPv6 disabled
no problems with the other computers.

I had the same internet problem where it kept cutting out and I fixed it by resetting my modem, that's where it all came from. So reset your modem, insert a paperclip into the reset hole at the back for 15 seconds, and everything will go back to normal. Good luck!

I get the message

"the operation requires elevation".

I don't know what that means and what I should do.
