DNS issue on PS4

Hello, a few days ago my PS4 showed me this message when I wanted to download updates

"A DNS error has occurred (nw-31250-1)"

I followed their procedure restarting the Freebox and the PS4 but it’s still the same.
Could someone help me please, thanks?

    Hello,

    You can change the DNS on your PlayStation to the following IP addresses: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
