Hello,
I bought a new computer, brand new, and upon opening it, while I had not entered any personal information yet - just connected to Wi-Fi - a message displayed: "We are glad to see you again."
As a result, I feel like this computer has already been used. "See you again" when I have never been on this computer before?
Is this normal?

    Hi,

    It's normal: it's the first startup animation.

    Nothing unusual there... It's perfectly normal ;-)

      Actually, I was told that since the manufacturer installed Windows themselves, the user already exists on the PC. Everything is fine, then :-)
