Hello, I have a problem. I wanted to format my computer and reinstall a version of Windows 10. Everything was going well until the computer started restarting in a loop with the same message that keeps coming back: "Hello, let's start by getting rid of some basic tasks." It's at the beginning when you have to enter the language settings and everything. Does anyone have a solution, please?
