Notification message: the "yes" button has disappeared

Hello,

I am unable to make any modifications on Windows 10, for example: switching to administrator mode, installing the ActiveX control on IE, or simply installing a program. Because Windows 10 asks me for confirmation with the following message: "Do you want to allow this application from an unknown publisher to make changes to your computer?" Then it asks me to respond with yes or no.
The problem is that only the "no" button is active. The "yes" button has completely disappeared.
Is this a bug? Is there a way to fix this issue, please?

Thank you in advance,

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 55.0.2883.87

Thank you for your response,

The issue is that I can't even check if I'm an administrator or not. Because when I follow your instructions, I end up on the window with a closed question leaving me the choice between "no" and... "no".

Same when I want to install a program, or simply check my account status. It's a real disaster!

Here is a screenshot of the message I receive (the worst is that I had to take it with my smartphone, because FN + Print Screen seems to be disabled too :-( ).

I'm seriously starting to regret choosing Windows 10.

Here is the screenshot:

Is there a remedy for this??

Try to start with the advanced options using method 1: https://www.malekal.com/windows10-options-recuperation-systeme/

Start a system restore to a date when everything was working.

Hello,

Is your user account an administrator?

Press Windows + R
type netplwiz
and provide a screenshot

No parental controls installed or other software of this type?
