Resetting Windows 10 on Acer Z3 705 PC

Solved

Hello,
Following a reset of Windows 10 on an Acer Aspire Z3, during the new configuration, the computer suddenly crashed. When prompted "Quick Start" (customize or quick setup), I am asked to wait, it spins for a while, then suddenly the Acer logo appears, it spins too, but after 2 minutes, I find myself on the "Hello" page (country, language, keyboard, etc.)
Repeating the process multiple times brings me back to the same spot. I can neither enter nor exit. I am at a dead end. How can I get out of this situation?
Thank you for your help.
Best regards to all.

    Hello,
It's me again!!!!!!!, thanks to Rufus, I think, I was able to reach a "Troubleshooting" page, but unfortunately, when I set up my computer, I didn't set a special password, and now I'm being asked for the administrator password,
so I can't access any potential repair, is there a trick? Maybe by contacting Acer?

    Hello,

At startup of the computer, tap F9
See if it's possible to access reset options.

    Another solution:
    From another computer:
    - Download the Windows 10 installation ISO: https://www.microsoft.com/fr-fr/software-download/windows10
    - Prepare an installation media on USB stick or DVD. It's better to use Rufus: how to download Rufus - see this tutorial for details: how to create a Windows installation USB stick

    On the "sick" computer:
    - Boot from it by changing the boot sequence and indicating the USB stick or DVD
    - Go to repair computer
    - Advanced options
    and reset Windows.

If it gets stuck or is impossible.
Restart again on the USB stick or DVD.

      Good evening,
Thank you for all this information, unfortunately, nothing worked.
I pressed the F9 key, no result. I downloaded Rufus and the other one, but the computer
being blocked, it does not recognize the USB key. I don't know what to do anymore.
How to proceed to unlock it ?????? I can't even
change the boot sequence since everything is blocked.

How come the second computer is blocked?

Not the second computer, the one I’m trying to fix; I’ve loaded Rufus on another computer, not on this one.

You may need to disable Secure Boot in the BIOS.

So there, way too strong for me. How to access Secure Boot in the BIOS
when everything is blocked, I tried to enter safe mode, but that doesn't work either. (shift + ctrl + F8). It's a brand new device, I wanted to reset it
      because Windows Store wasn't working.

I had to drop RDI for a little while to change my mind a bit...
I used the USB key with Media Creation Tool, but it was not recognized
by Windows (or Acer). I restarted the computer with the USB key, the Acer logo appeared, it turned a bit, and immediately I got the Windows setup page "Hello",
the page on which I have been stuck since the beginning. I am now wondering if it is not Acer that has a problem.

"Secure Boot" enabled, I believe I had already disabled it according to
    your advice.

In the BIOS, under the "Security" section, it states:
      SUPERVISOR PASSWORD - not installed
      USER PASSWORD - not installed
      and blank below:
      CHANGE SUPERVISOR PASSWORD;
That might be why I can't find an Administrator password
      to access troubleshooting.

        rather in the boot options
Make sure that secure boot is set to disabled.

Hoorayyyyyy, I’m writing from the computer that was broken, !!!!!! after a lot of perseverance, without the Administrator password I managed to get into
the area that concerned me (I was able to open it by insisting many times, I was told that my password was incorrect, but in the end, it
finally gave in), which allowed me to access the "troubleshooting" section, with
DVD or USB) and everything worked, Windows registered correctly.
It’s like before or almost, I no longer have all the Acer clutter, except for the
logo at startup, I’m saving space on the hard drive !!!!!
A big thank you to Malékal for following me and advising me so well.
By the way, am I obliged to reactivate "Secure Boot"?
Thanks again, thank you, thank you, thank you.

    Great,

    I think you can.

Once you have everything reinstalled and everything works,

I invite you to create a system image now that you have stable Windows.
=> How to create a Windows system image
This system image can be restored at any time, including Windows, updates, and installed programs.
Very handy for easily restoring Windows when everything crashes.

So if you need to reinstall Windows, you can restore your image, which saves you from having to reinstall all the tedious updates, applications, and software.

See the solution above, the goal is to boot from the Windows installation media, you will have the option to repair Windows.

You have booted into the advanced recovery options from your hard drive...
The problem is that you need an administrator account
you should be able to enter your user password if the account is still there.

Otherwise, follow the instructions I provided above.

Apparently my PC didn't recognize the USB drive registered on Windows. From what I understood, it was supposed to allow me to reset Windows. However, Rufus allowed me to access the troubleshooting window. If I had that damn Administrator password, the repair might have already been done. I didn't have time today to focus on this task, probably tomorrow. I won't fail to keep you updated on the progress. Overall, thank you very much; I've probably wasted a lot of your time. Have a good evening and thanks again. Lejean13

I don't think you started on the key, see my previous message.
You would have had a window with the Windows installation, etc.
Now you have started on the recovery partition, and as a result, you need a Windows administrator user.
