Hello*

Has anyone had issues with the online sales site déco in paris?
For our part, after 5 months of waiting for the delivery of a sofa worth nearly €2000, we canceled our order as allowed by the Consumer Code in this specific case.
After sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt in proper form, we have not received any news or refund from them (the acknowledgment of receipt confirming that they received the letter).
Can you please help me? Thank you in advance.

Attention attention ladies and gentlemen, this site is a complete scam. I don't think all the sofas are made of genuine leather. My sofa got scratched, and as soon as I sent the photos to a repairman, he told me it's not leather and that it's faux leather. Please, never buy from them; I highly discourage it. The one I have is the Ibiza in black and white with LED lights. Extremely disappointed; this site should be banned absolutely.

Yet another seller from decoinparis pretending to be a satisfied customer, it's classic but we're not fooled. Go to hell with your low-quality products from China, it's a shame to sell such products with zero quality.

  My palette got lost along the way, I ran for quite a while before I found it.
  The delivery person was serious, though.
  What a disappointment upon opening, the quality is poor, the sofas arrived damaged with the faux leather completely torn,
  I called to get a refund and they offered me a €60 discount on a €1500 sofa or sending a storage chest....
  I strongly advise against this scam site and its M.... quality, to be polite!

Why wait 5 (Five) months? NEVER let a dispute drag on.

Suggestion: Send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt for a Formal Notice to refund within 7 days. Specify that you will take the Proximity Court of YOUR home immediately if not executed.

If nothing changes, the next step is to file a Request for Payment Order with your Proximity Court. Simple, free, and relatively quick... Google will tell you more...

  Everything you recommend has already been done except for the injunction; we filed a complaint in July. The reason we've waited 5 months is simply that we’ve been strung along by delivery promises that never happened, obviously...
  For now, no news from either the seller or the justice system... We know that the delays are long for justice, but we are eager for it to punish these thieves.

Hello, yes it’s been 3 months, I’m starting the 4th month, since I ordered a sofa, first excuse, the strikes, I’m calling tomorrow to get my refund.
I didn't know about this but honestly, I'm going to go to BUT, at least I’m sure to get my sofa.

Order placed and delivered quickly. Poor quality couch arrived damaged!!! It's my fault, I should have opened the package which is delivered at the bottom of the building on the street. Yes, you have to unpack your couch in the street to return it to the delivery person if it is damaged. Unethical company, seller and delivery person! I do not recommend.

  You're right, they told me exactly the same thing; I should have checked the package knowing that the carrier left it with my young son in the hallway, and on top of that, it was the carrier who marked it as "Compliant" on the delivery receipt, and as a result, they refuse to listen to me. Do as I do, attack Cdiscount; they are the ones responsible for having crooks as partner sellers. I attacked Cdiscount in 2015 at the local court (free) of my place of residence, which summoned Cdiscount twice without them showing up. And upon the judge's summons, miraculously, Cdiscount immediately processed the refund for my living room furniture that was never delivered by Déco in Paris. Cdiscount was ordered to pay me 150 euros in damages. Go to your local courts and report the actions of which you are victims; together we will force structures like Cdiscount to take responsibility because it is indeed Cdiscount that directly benefits from your payments, and you buy with trust from a reputable company. Cdiscount is therefore an integral part of the commercial contract, contrary to what they claim when they try to evade responsibility for their partners' actions. Don’t waste time, send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to Cdiscount's customer service for which you won’t even get a response. And go to your local court. If you have not received your ordered item within a reasonable time, you will be reimbursed. Justice will do its job, and don't hesitate to ask for damages. Good luck to all.

I rarely participate in these discussions, especially when they are negative. But I was really disappointed with the sofa I bought from them. The prices are attractive, but the quality is poor. It is not actually leather as they claim, but faux leather. Five years after the purchase, my sofa is peeling and the seat is completely collapsed. Don't buy from this site..

Déco in Paris scam!!! Incompetent, false delivery, shameful order tracking!!! Blaming the customer when the mistake is yours!!!! Astonishing to avoid, a purchase is for comfort, I guarantee you the complete opposite!!!! And given our phone conversation, I wouldn't be surprised if there's a rip-off at reception!!!

  I am almost in the same situation as you. I placed my sofa order in December, and I received it in June, supposedly made of leather, bought for €2500. After just three months, there's a hole that appeared just from pressing my hand to get up. I sent them the photos, and they told me it was due to misuse and that the warranty doesn't cover it, so I have to deal with it myself. I noted their defense when they told me to write a registered letter. For now, I am waiting. I do not recommend it; it's a scam at decoinparis.

I placed an order on December 12, so for my part, the bed was supposed to be available within 4 weeks, so at the latest by January 12. As of today, it is February 16 and I still haven’t received my bed. The worst part is that it’s shown as in stock on their website, so what am I supposed to think? Scam? Am I being played? Or is it just a joke? You place an order and then they mess with you. Not very professional. In the meantime, what do I do? Keep sleeping on the floor!!!!!!!

You must be part of the group of scammers decoinparis to be satisfied because most are dissatisfied, with 90% being huge. Most of their products come from China with a quality that is unfortunately not always up to par. In any case, I ordered once from them (leather sofa) and I regretted it. Never again, and I advise no one to do so if you don't want to be disappointed and throw your money out the window.

Hello, I ordered a Scandinavian-style coffee table this week. Fast shipping time, table well-packaged. However, the model with a white drawer from the website was sent to me in beige!!! The cover you provided is stuck to the furniture, so you can imagine the corner; it's immediately clear that it's not real wood... really a shame... this piece of furniture is no better than something bought from the low range at Conforama. Disappointed.

Awful site, especially do not order. They withdraw money while they are out of stock and end up changing the sofa at the last minute. The sofa did not match the photo at all... So a return. Which ultimately cost me money.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, NO SERIOUSNESS REGARDING THEIR PRODUCT OR OVER THE PHONE.

Hello, I bought a "leather" sofa and I paid €150 for delivery, specifying that I lived on the 1st floor. They told me that 2 people would be scheduled to deliver it. When they arrived, I had to take half a day off to help the delivery person who was all alone...
Then, the supposedly leather sofa started to lose material after 2 years; I recently threw it away after barely 5 years.
I will not recommend buying a sofa from this site anymore!!
