Hello, who has already ordered with Deco in Paris? How many days did it take for the carrier to contact you to arrange the delivery? Did you receive a tracking number?

    Don't order from them, they are disgusting sofas, they are a real scam to have them shipped back, it's a real nightmare.

    After several exchanges to claim the delivery delay knowing that the couch was marked as in stock and delivery in 48 hours.
    The order
    went from 48 hours to 3 weeks in two clicks, then without notification we called to find out it was rather 6 weeks. We asked for any other color or a goodwill gesture since we had no couch left and had to use an inflatable mattress purchased for nearly €100!!!
    Without taking the time to escalate or find a solution, we were quickly offered 5% with purchase conditions and excluding sales, while they offer 10% to everyone and items are discounted at 65%!! Really disappointed ???? it's outrageous and I don't think I will come back to them
    keep your discount!!
