Everything you recommend has already been done except for the injunction; we filed a complaint in July. The reason we've waited 5 months is simply that we’ve been strung along by delivery promises that never happened, obviously...
For now, no news from either the seller or the justice system... We know that the delays are long for justice, but we are eager for it to punish these thieves.

I wanted to order from Decoin but after reading the reviews, I finally ordered 1 sofa from Poltron&sofa on January 19 and it was delivered on March 2.
Of course, it doesn't come from China but from Italy. I received a very beautiful sofa that matches my order, delivered and installed...

I am almost in the same situation as you. I placed my sofa order in December, and I received it in June, supposedly made of leather, bought for €2500. After just three months, there's a hole that appeared just from pressing my hand to get up. I sent them the photos, and they told me it was due to misuse and that the warranty doesn't cover it, so I have to deal with it myself. I noted their defense when they told me to write a registered letter. For now, I am waiting. I do not recommend it; it's a scam at decoinparis.

Honestly not disappointed, a bit of a delay but the item is just like in the photo. I highly recommend it, a very beautiful sofa and a very attractive price.
