Hello,
I’m sharing my opinion after ordering nearly 200 items of all kinds from them.
First of all, these are Chinese products, which may resemble well-known items, but I have never seen true counterfeits (contrary to what I read above).
The quality is Chinese, which means "quickly made, well made"; the materials are often ingenious and the way they are packaged and shipped is sometimes nothing short of genius or a miracle.
I received about 95% of the items ordered (by number), representing 80% in value, within the maximum timeframe of 75 days. The delivery is incidentally "fast" (less than 2 weeks), but most often it's about a month, with around 50% taking 2 months (which feels long) and very often, at the limit of 75 days (or the site commits to refund), the item arrives via rapid shipping from China, with few items not received beyond 75 days where a refund must be issued; I have not yet received these refunds.
The real problem lies in communication in case of defective products, items not conforming to the order, product errors, or all the more or less legitimate tricks deployed by the site to cut short and tire the customer from following up.
For example, a bicycle lamp or pens that do not work—it's better to tell yourself that it's lost because the site asks you to click on the relevant order and send a photo, then once sent, you receive a message saying that your message has 24 hours and that claims on this item are closed. If you insist, they're asking you to send a VIDEO (lol) of the non-working pen; of course, the site doesn't support video uploads and then you receive an email saying that you don't seem satisfied with certain items and you are asked to provide the order number, the photo or video, and the reason via a dialog box that is blocked in the app ("unable to send your message, please try again," and it never works). On the computer, you can reopen the chat, and there you get a response by email, they "politely apologize" and ask you to readdress your claims one by one with numbers, photos, and/or video in reply to the email, except that the email does not support "reply" mode..........
In short.. while I love this site for its prices, the choice, the absence of shipping fees, the overall satisfaction with the shipped products and the very smooth app in terms of ordering/purchasing, as well as the magic of how tiny items arrive so far away in good condition (without a signature but the vendor "knows" it's with you!!!!, incredible), in case of dissatisfaction, I think you have to accept that it can be rather troublesome or lost or require a lot of patience (for small amounts....). Overall, based on my experience, I can thus state that I could mark up the prices by 20% considering my "personal markdown."
Here is my Joom experience.

Exactly that, Joom or the others are pure Chinese products. Having ordered quite a few things, I have indeed noticed a percentage of broken items; for example, out of 10 LED bulbs, 3 or 4 are dead within 30 days, but given the price, you can't really lose. My advice is to only place small orders, it's more prudent.

I use Aliexpress. For me, it’s the best site I’ve found. Go take a look and form your own opinion.
