Bug : Reclangle blanc sur le bureau + Aéro qui disparaît....

Bonjour à tous !

J'ai 2 soucis en fait :

-----> J'ai un rectangle blanc qui apparaît parfois sur mon bureau au démarrage. Voici un screen :

impossible de le choper, aucune réaction spécifique avec un clic droit (affiche options classique du bureau), rien de spécial selon moi dans les processus en cours, ....
Par contre, quand je fais défiler les fenêtres, il est bien lister mais pas nommé :

J'ai bien tenté de chercher sur Google mais rien ne semble se reporter à mon cas mis à part un "carré blanc".

Ce qui est bizarre, c'est que ce rectangle blanc n'apparaît pas systématiquement et un simple "fermer la session" règle le problème.

Si parmi vous, des cr*ck de l'informatique pouvait m'aider (avec des mots clairs, je ne suis encore qu'un apprenti), ce serait vraiment sympa !

Bonjour Jymboh,

Dans ces cas-là (et d'ailleurs pour beaucoup de problèmes : mise à jour qui se passe mal, mauvais téléchargement, virus etc...), l'idéal est de faire rapidemant une "Restauration du système à une date antérieure", plutôt que de perdre son temps à bidouiller. Comme son nom l'indique , cette forme de restauration remet le système dans l'état où il se trouvait avant le probléme. Elle a l'avantage de ne pas toucher aux données personnelles, ni aux logiciels installés. Documents, photos, musiques, favoris , préférences, etc...ne craignent rien.

Si tu ne connais pas le mode d'emploi très simple, indique-moi ton système d'exploitation : xp, vista, 7 ou 8.

Cependant pour réussir , il faut avoir d'abord une restauration activée et des points de restauration situés avant le problème. Or, au vu de tes explications et de ta copie d'écran, je pense d'une part, que le problème doit déjà durer depuis plusieurs jours et d'autre part, que tu dois avoir Windows 7. Si c'est le cas, tu n'auras ssans doute plus de points de restauration situés avant le début du problème.

En fait j'ai ce problème depuis plusieurs mois mais comme il est complêtement aléatoire, il peut ne pas apparaitre pendant plusieurs jours/semaines. d'où mon ras le bol et mon appel à l'aide.......

aucune restauration ne pourra régler mon problème du coup :(

Suite au rapport ZHPDiag, il y a quelques crampons à enlever. Peut-être l'un d'eux est-il à l'origine de cette forme fantôme. Je vais bientôt quitter pour aujourd'hui. On continuera demain. Mais avant, faisons encore ceci :)

1) Télécharge Roguekiller ici :
https://www.luanagames.com/index.fr.html

Descends vers le milieu de la page au niveau des petits boutons striés bleu et noir. Ce sont les liens de téléchargement. Choisis la version adaptée à ton pc : 64 bits.
---> Enregistre-le directement sur le Bureau
[NB : Les outils de désinfection doivent obligatoirement être placés sur le bureau]

--> Exceptée cette page web, ferme tout.

2) Pour l'examen : Ne pas repasser l'outil plusieurs fois.

- Lance RogueKiller.exe par clic-droit sur l'icône et choisis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur"
- Attends la fin du Prescan ...
- Une fois le pré scan terminé, clique sur "Scan".
Durant le scan, l'outil peut s'attarder longuement sur une ligne puis repartir, c'est normal. Ne le relance pas.
- A la fin du scan, clique sur "Rapport".
---> Attention : L'outil va te demander de supprimer ce qui a été trouvé, ne supprime surtout pas. Le contenu doit être vérifié. Ferme le logiciel par le X (et non pas en cliquant sur ok).

3) Pour le rapport :

Rends-toi sur https://www.cjoint.com/
Clique sur "Parcourir"
Le rapport se trouve sur ton bureau.
Puis clique sur "Créér le lien cjoint".
Copie et colle le lien dans ta réponse.

Comme la 1ère fois, laisse se faire le prescan, puis clique sur Scan.
En fin de scan. clique sur "Suppression".
S'il t'est demandé de redémarrer, fais-le.
La suppression se terminera au redémarrage.

Repasse Roguekiller en mode sans échec :

a) Pour le mode sans échec :
Je pense que tu connais la marche à suivre mais je la mets quand même.
Eteins-le pc et rallume-le.
Dès le démarrage et avant l'apparition du logo windows, mets-toi à tapoter la touche F8, située sur la 1ère ligne en haut du clavier.
Continue à tapoter jusqu'à l'apparition de la fenêtre noire des "Options de démarrage avancées"
A l'aide des flêches situées en bas du clavier à droite, sélectionne "Mode sans échec".
Puis clique sur "Entrée".
Tu arriveras sur ton bureau changé car les fonctions sont économisées.
Confirme que tu veux rester en mode sans échec.

b) Relance Roguekiller par clic droit et choisis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur"
Prescan, scan.
En fin de scan. clique sur "Suppression".
S'il te demande de redémarrer, accepte. La suppression se poursuivra au démarrage
S'il ne te le demande pas , redémarre en fin de suppression en mode normal.

Héberge le rapport sur https://www.cjoint.com/ et transmets-moi le lien dans ta réponse.
Dis-moi également s'il t'a été demandé de redémarrer ou si tu as du le faire.

Par contre, au démarrage normal, l'écran de log était tout blanc, puis une fois le bureau affiché, la barre des tâches étaient en mode "W98", su tu vois ce que je veux dire...

J'ai ré appliqué le thème de base aéro et tout semble revenu (dont l'écran logon)

malheureusement, comme précisé plus haut, les symptômes du rectangle blanc, comme celui de l'aéro qui s'envole (jeu de mots du lundi) sont totalement aléatoires. Donc je te tiendrais informé sur ce même topic en cas de rechute !

Pour info, qu'y avait il de mauvais sur mon pc ? Virus, chevaux de troie ? c'est grave docteur ?

Non pas de virus, ni de trojans mais des crampons qui peuvent aussi bien brider un pc. Là, on vient de nettoyer différents piratages. Il reste encore d'autres saletés. On continue :)

Même si tu connais l'outil suivant, suis mes instructions pour faire l'examen dans les conditions demandées.

1) Télécharge ADWCleaner : --> lien indiqué plus bas.
Lis les instructions ci-dessous avant de télécharger.

Si tu as déjà ADWCleaner :
Ouvre-le et clique sur "désinstaller", puis télécharge la dernière version.

/i\ Attention pour télécharger : Clique sur la grosse flèche verte (surtout pas sur "Mirror" qui contient un adware)

--> Enregistre l'outil directement sur ton Bureau (et pas dans tes "Téléchargements")
[Il est impératif de mettre les outils de désinfection directement sur le bureau]

Ferme tout exceptée cette page web.

2) Pour le lancer :
- Clic droit sur l'icône d'ADWCleaner et choisis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur"
- Le fichier apparait : clique sur "Exécuter"
- L'utilitaire s'ouvre : clique sur "Scanner"
Patiente sans toucher à rien. C'est très rapide.
Si le scan s'arrête puis repart, c'est normal, ne le relance pas.
- A la fin du scan, clique sur : "Nettoyer"
- Une fois l'opération terminée, redémarre qu'il te le demande ou pas.

3) Pour le rapport : -
Il est à la racine du disque dur.
- Tu peux le trouver en faisant : Démarrer / poste de travail / disque dur C
- Pour l'héberger, rends-toi sur https://www.cjoint.com/
- Comme lieu de téléchargement du fichier, tu devras choisir : "Disque local C"

- Cherche ton rapport et clique sur "Créer le lien cjoint".
- Un lien sera créé. Copie-le et colle-le dans ta prochaine réponse.
