Help! Vaio très lent malgré manips suggérées

Bonjour,

Voici mon problème, j'ai un Vaio VPCCW21 depuis 2010. Dans la dernière année j'ai eu des problèmes de lenteurs autant au niveau du réseau que du pc lui même. J'ai tout fait, d'abord une réinstallation mais le problème est revenu. Premièrement il est impossible de mettre a jour mon bios car ayant acheté mon vaio au Canada mon système est en français et les updates de drivers de Sony sont en anglais et pour une raison inconnue je ne peux mettre mon bios a jour ce qui règlerait surement certains problèmes. Aussi j'ai tout de même une machine correcte i.e windows 7 64 bits, 4 gig de mémoire vive mais ça rame encore.
J'ai fait mes devoirs, j'ai désinstaller les logiciels inutilisés, ainsi que ceux inutiles au démarrage de windows. Je démarre CCleaner aux deux jours, j'ai fait un scan avast, malwarebytes mais rien trouvé. Je fais régulièrement la défragmentation de mon disque dur. J'ai aussi suivi les instructions par rapport au Sony bloatware et fait le ménage.

J'ai aussi Revo uninstaller pro d'installé sur mon ordi et j'ai plusieurs version désuètes de Java, C++ 2008, framework et je n'arrive pas a désinstaller ces programmes ainsi que microsoft office student depuis que j'ai installé la version pro après avoir désinstallé la version student. Chaque fois je reçois un message qui m'indique qu'il ne trouve pas le fichier d'installation .msi qui ne se trouve plus sur mon ordi pour tous ces logiciels.

J'ai exécuter hijackthis mais je n'ose pas supprimer les entrées de peur d'occasionner un dysfonctionnement de mon systême.
Si quelqu'un peut m'aider je serais très reconnaissante, cela fait quelques semaines que je travaille la dessus.
