What are these no-entry signs on the icons?

Hello,  There are no entry signs appearing on most of my icons; they come and go. Does anyone know what it is? It's on a professional network, so it's well protected against viruses; I have Windows Seven on the computer. A screenshot is below https://www.cjoint.com/?ALftE4EeyYS Thank you for your responses.

Thank you for your response, but it doesn't address why these no-entry signs are there. Should I be worried? Is it a virus?

Hi,  If I'm not mistaken, it's just the logo of a "shortcut" file. Normally, it should be a small black curved arrow, but it seems like it's a no entry sign instead.  If you want to delete it: https://www.pcastuces.com/newsletter/adj/3290.htm  If you want to modify it: https://www.pcastuces.com/pratique/astuces/1472.htm   The tutorials are for two different operating systems, but you should be able to manage. I would probably need the opinion of someone more experienced than me, but personally, I don't think so.  For X reasons, these icons were changed and became no entry signs.

Yes, the shortcuts point to remote applications, which means they are not available since the machine hosting them is not available on the server.  -- Why make it simple when we can make it complicated?

Your explanation could be good, but as you can see, the apps are nothing like apps that would be managed remotely from a server, for example; they are installed locally on the computer, such as QuickTime, Microsoft Office, VLC, iTunes, etc. What is curious is that these no-entry signs appear randomly.
