Problems with do not enter icon

Hello,
yesterday I downloaded music from a forum, my antivirus (Avast) alerted me about a trojan, I chose to delete it, but since then I have an icon shaped like a no entry sign on my desktop toolbar that activates every 2 minutes with a message in English, telling me to click on it because Windows has detected spyware. If you click on it, it starts downloading something!!!! which I did not do. I ran Avast and Ad-Aware, but unsuccessfully, the icon and the mechanism are still there!!!

how can I get rid of it???
Thanks in advance
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

    Hello

    it's phishing

in run, type msconfig and check in the startup programs

if there's no intruder, otherwise download AUTORUNS

also check in the scheduled tasks and delete any suspicious ones
