Bonjour, j'ai une pannesur mon imprimante qui me dit NETTOYAGE IMPOSSIBLE 50 mon vendeur me dit qu'il vaut mieux en acheter une autre mais la mienne n"a que deux anx ... Au secours!!!

bonjour,
d'après ce que j'ai vu sur les sites, il s'agit d'un bourage de papier !

regarde voir si un morceau de papier n'est pas resté coincé dedans !
