Good evening!

I was hoping someone who had this problem with Ciel could help you, and I was therefore waiting for possible responses...

Otherwise, a little idea:
It is possible (I exclude that you may have, intentionally or not, deleted or moved this file) that your files on disk have suffered a small deterioration, and that this is disrupting the operation of your disk. Haven't you experienced any incident or made any irregular manipulation during your previous work?

Try repairing the files. Even if it doesn't solve the problem, it's harmless and therefore worth trying:
In Windows Explorer, right-click on your hard drive, then request "properties."
Then, on the "tools" tab, click on the "check now" button
Check both boxes, and click "start"

You will be asked to restart your PC, which is normal.
Upon restart, the tests will run sequentially; try to see if any errors have been found and corrected, like "lost chains," "allocated space marked free," etc...

Good luck...

See you later

PS : It seems that your solution is already on CCM (I had a pang of remorse and tried a search!):
=> You need to copy the file crun.bin from the CIEL CD to the folder c:\ciel\wcg:

https://forums.commentcamarche.net/forum/affich-1636544-ciel-compta-erreur-33

Now we just need to figure out how this file could have disappeared...
I suggest that, even though it may delay you a bit, you still perform the file repair before this operation, as you may have other potential issues, and it's better to avoid writing to the disk until this is fixed...

See you later

Simple as pie! And it works!!! I don't know what happened, the file "crun.bin" also disappeared from the commercial management sky. I don't understand why there was no incident, no false manipulation.

Hello Thank you
Thank you for your confirmation ...
I assume that Sophie tried this solution and was satisfied with it. It's a shame she hasn't given any updates since then ..
I think the file in question must remain "open" during work on Ciel (which is not a good option from the developer), and if an incident occurs, its reference may be altered on disk and it "disappears" ...
Normally in this case, repairing the files on disk should solve the problem ..
Good luck to you ..
