Ciel accounting error table not found in database

Hello,
I'm stuck with Ciel Compta. I have this message: "file not found
the table "450971567063040" cannot be found in the database.
I can no longer enter data or consult accounts or entries.
Thank you for your help.
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

    I had the same problem. I solved it by going to Files-Utilities-Accounting-Repair Entry Input and phew, everything went back to normal.

    I have the same problem; I disabled the antivirus (Avast) but see no improvement. The entire mile entry is blocked (recording new entries, consulting old entries entered by mile, etc.).

    if we get this type of message, it's a bit worrying...
    Indeed, do like Rémy if it's an "R" version, otherwise restore a backup where there wasn't this issue

    If anyone is still interested, the problem doesn't seem to come from the files; I reopened a few backups until I found one that works (on another exercise), and from there the problem disappeared in the current exercise. It remains mysterious...

    2 options:

    1 Your file is corrupt
    2 You have the antivirus Avira, disable it to run the test.

    J'ai installé Ciel sous DOS dans Windows XP, et au moment de la saisie des écritures, il y a un blocage. Le message suivant apparaît : errzur dbfntx /1001 open erreur xclomois .dbf erreur dos 4.
