Unable to sign in to Canva with Outlook email

Hello,

I’m desperately trying to log in to my company’s Canva account. I was sent an invitation. When I click the link, I enter my professional Outlook email address, but I don’t receive the verification code by email. I’ve resent the code several times and checked my spam and trash, but nothing at all.

I also tried to create a Canva account using this professional Outlook email address, and the same thing: Unable to obtain the verification code.

I’m completely blocked. Please help!?

    Hello,

    When I was in office, the company's messaging service was the only one (and fortunately) capable of checking and correcting malfunctions of this type.

    The same applies in all administrations.

    Moreover, no CCM member or contributor can access protected accounts.

    Perhaps you could resend from a personal webmail account other than your professional address to the recipient's address.

    It may be appropriate to address the staff in charge, who will verify the proper receipt of your reply and will indicate any possible alternative.
