Good evening,
Since April 18, I have been requesting SFR to remove a parental control (which I did not ask for and for the record, I am 29 years old) without any success.
I keep following up with them to lift the parental control but I am passed around from 900 to the technical service and then SFR solutions (which is a misnomer). They say they will call back and nothing happens, they give me deadlines that are never met.
To date, I have made more than 50 calls without anything happening other than it costing me a lot on my bill. I sent a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt without anyone responding to me.
They say that I no longer have parental control and that I have "standard access," but when I open Safari on my iPhone, I get a message saying "the current control of your line does not allow you to access the content of this page." I have the same problem with my old LG VIEWTY phone.
Can someone help me:
- either find the direct number for SFR solutions
- or help me carry out the manipulations myself so that it works.
There is nothing more frustrating than seeing this iPhone in its box.
Thank you!

I've solved the problem!
First, know that at SFR, parental control usually only blocks porn sites and dating sites, except... on the iPhone, where it blocks everything (according to the technician I finally got on the phone, you'll find out how in the next two paragraphs).
So, here's how I managed to have the parental control removed: first, not by writing (that doesn't work, as you've experienced as well). No, what you need to do is call customer service (900, or 1023 - or 1013, I can't remember - from a landline) and tell them not "the parental control is blocking me" but: "the 3G is not working. Since I got my iPhone, I have NO access to the internet."
Then, the operator (more generally, the female operator) checks with you that the 3G is indeed activated and that your server is sl2sfr. When you confirm that yes and that despite all that you still have no internet access after turning off the Wi-Fi, she will put you in contact with a technician.
This technician has the power to remove parental control with a click, over the phone. It works, I tested it for you and since Wednesday I have 3G!
