Hi! I’m responding because I'm experiencing exactly the same thing. I want to order the Galaxy S8; when I place the order, it's validated and a few seconds later I receive an email stating that someone must have used my account fraudulently and that the order is therefore canceled (even though it’s me placing the order), but since the amount is high, they don’t want to take any risks. The thing is, I tried again and they ended up blocking my account. I managed to contact them, they unblocked my account but they can't tell me if I order again if the same thing will happen or not, so I don't know what to do. How did your issue end?

Hello, I have the same problem; my account is blocked with orders pending. That is to say, since Tuesday my account has been blocked, and sometimes I have orders that are shipped but not my phone. I find it suspicious. Moreover, after sending my invoice, they said we would receive a message within 24 hours, and it has been 48 hours since then. We called customer service to unlock my account, but she was incompetent, and I don't know what to do because I have used all my savings on this phone, and my money is strangely blocked while my package hasn't even been shipped.

Contact Amazon's customer service, which is usually easily reachable.

Hello,
once again today Amazon is blocking my order, and I no longer have access to my account despite the identification requests received on my phone.
Customer service is asking for information over the phone, and since my husband's name is involved, he has to say his name on the phone... unbelievable, I have all the information, the codes, it's me who places the order, and they want my husband to confirm his name over the phone...

So that’s complicated because he’s obviously at work, so I’m asking if when I call back with my husband next to me, I’ll get the same person, and well, no, so I’ll have to explain the whole situation with the codes and everything to the new customer service representative...
Of course, I have nothing better to do when I get off work.

So I place a new order with my personal email and not the one for my household, so with my phone number, my address, and once again the order is canceled and no access to the account....
If they don't want people to place orders with them anymore, they should just say it... then they’ll complain that the economy is doing poorly.... Here’s my rant, if they don't unlock my account, they can go screw themselves...
There are other e-commerce sites, except that the item I was ordering is out of stock with the manufacturer.... totally ridiculous
Plus, I’m thinking that if I order elsewhere and Amazon eventually validates my order, they’re going to charge me twice... anyway, I don’t know anymore...

Hello, same issue with my account suspension due to an expired credit card update. After long fruitless calls and unanswered emails (it's all just an algorithm...). The only solution (that worked) is to find an invoice for an online order with the last 4 digits of your credit card present (for example: XXXX.XXXX.XXXX.1234) and on that document, it should have your first and last name (matching those on your credit card and your Amazon account), your address. In my case, it was an invoice from a car/utility rental.
If you can't find an invoice with all that, I encourage you to create one....
