Amazon account blocked, order canceled?

Hello, I recently bought a Galaxy S8 on Amazon. They accepted my order but blocked my account (I can't confirm my identity by fax) and I don't know if my order is canceled because it didn't arrive on the day it was scheduled via email. Can you please let me know if my order is canceled? Thank you in advance.

Hi! I’m responding because I'm experiencing exactly the same thing. I want to order the Galaxy S8; when I place the order, it's validated and a few seconds later I receive an email stating that someone must have used my account fraudulently and that the order is therefore canceled (even though it’s me placing the order), but since the amount is high, they don’t want to take any risks. The thing is, I tried again and they ended up blocking my account. I managed to contact them, they unblocked my account but they can't tell me if I order again if the same thing will happen or not, so I don't know what to do. How did your issue end?

Hello, I have the same problem; my account is blocked with orders pending. That is to say, since Tuesday my account has been blocked, and sometimes I have orders that are shipped but not my phone. I find it suspicious. Moreover, after sending my invoice, they said we would receive a message within 24 hours, and it has been 48 hours since then. We called customer service to unlock my account, but she was incompetent, and I don't know what to do because I have used all my savings on this phone, and my money is strangely blocked while my package hasn't even been shipped.
