i want to install two OP (win98SE and WinXPsp1) on my computer ( pentium IV-1.7 ghz with 128 ram, 40go hard disque, KOB-P4M266 NDFSMX mercury (kobian manufactur) motherboard).
Problem: when i finish my installation, the cumputer run correctely durantone day. after this when i want to lunch win XP the message apper: verification du disque dur ( veryfiant hard disque) and the cumputer bloked ( le micro se bloque);
this problem only with win xp.

why did you wrote in english !?
You seem to be able to write in french !? no !?
So, why did you install both of windows 98 and XP !?
You said : "the computer blocked" !? how long !? 5minutes !? 10 !? 60 !? ;-)
Perhaps you HD is big !? and it takes a lot of time to verify your HD...

le temps du blocage du micro dure indéfinement. le probleme se passe sous winxp au demarage.
pour le win98SE pas de probleme.
mon disque dur est un western digital de 40MO qui est en tres bon etat.
