Samsung WEP 300 Bluetooth Headset

Hello,

I have a Samsung WEP 300 Bluetooth headset that I use with an old D500 (good battery) for work.

However, I don't understand why sometimes when I initiate a call from the headset, the communication goes through the headset, and 5 minutes later, I do the same but the call goes through the phone instead of the headset.

I then have to disconnect and reconnect it to talk again through the headset.

Help??
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

Hi!
I had the same problem, actually you start the Bluetooth search on your phone and at the same time, you turn on your Samsung headset and hold it down for a few seconds.
The blue light will freeze and your phone should recognize it.

Thank you for your response: it has been very helpful!!! I couldn't connect my WEP200 headset to my new phone and of course I had lost the manual! ;-)

Good evening, I followed your advice to connect my headset to my phone and it worked. I had been trying to connect it for 2 months. I'm very happy and I thank you for your advice which was explained in a very simple way and that's cool. If everyone could do like you, life would be simple. Thanks again!
