Samsung WEP 300 Bluetooth Headset Solved

Question

Hello,

I have a Samsung WEP 300 Bluetooth headset that I use with an old D500 (good battery) for work.

However, I don't understand why sometimes when I initiate a call from the headset, the communication goes through the headset, and 5 minutes later, I do the same but the call goes through the phone instead of the headset.

I then have to disconnect and reconnect it to talk again through the headset.

Help??

Hi!
I had the same problem, actually you start the Bluetooth search on your phone and at the same time, you turn on your Samsung headset and hold it down for a few seconds.
The blue light will freeze and your phone should recognize it.

I'm having trouble connecting the WEP300 with the iPhone 3Gs, I'm frustrated. I've read the manual and managed to activate pairing mode, which allows the Bluetooth device to connect to the phone (holding the multifunction button until the light stays solid blue). The iPhone detects it and shows "not paired" (I don't know what that means...) and the headset remains with its solid blue light... The manual states that in this case, synchronization has failed and I need to try again. However, each attempt yields the same result! There are Samsung headsets that work with the iPhone, but I can't figure out if the WEP300 is problematic...

Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated, at your kindness...

Well, actually, I just didn't know how to use my iPhone! Because once it was detected, I had to select the earbuds on the iPhone screen for it to actually connect! So now it works perfectly! I'm a fan!

Maybe a reset of the earbud (using the small button designed for that purpose) would be enough for it to forget the code, what do you think? ;-)
