Samsung HT X30 home cinema playback error !!

My Samsung home theater HT X30 displays the flashing error "fan check" when playing a DVD, then it shuts down after about 2 minutes and 30 seconds. I took it back to customer service, and they just updated it, but it still doesn't work!
If anyone has any information, I'm interested.

    According to me, since I have the Samsung HT-Z220 home cinema
    it shows FANCHK, because it comes from the fan which is faulty or there is a mechanism problem
    with the fan

    (so check if the fan is not spinning, it will show FANCHK)

      Thank you a thousand times for your valuable advice; indeed, once the fan is turned on, the problem seems to disappear! We were racking our brains, and thanks to you, with a little screwdriver, once the device was turned off, we were able to unlock the fan.

      Hello. I just opened my DVD player to unlock the fan, but there are apparently only two miserable wires that allow it to function. I would like to know what steps I need to take to unlock the fan as it still isn't spinning. Thank you very much.
