Line busy: why does my phone ring busy?

If so, unplug it electrically for 30 seconds and plug it back in. When my phone shows the same symptoms, I proceed this way!!!

Hello. Same problem for me; impossible to reach anyone. However, I keep receiving calls that aren't meant for me. I contacted customer service, which tells me that a number cannot be assigned to other people; yet my phone rings ten times a day. So I can't get in touch with anyone, but they never forget to withdraw money from our accounts every month. They really don't care about us.

The green light is on, but when I call, it rings and after 1 second it goes to busy, even with France Telecom Orange, even my phone and those of my friends, in total there are 18 phones that would be busy.

I'm not satisfied with my SAGEM D45W phone since I bought it 3 years ago from Orange, at the same time as I chose them as my operator.

I always have the same problem, either the line is busy or the person on the other end can't hear me, and to top it all off, there's total silence when I dial a number. The internet works as well as the TV, but the phone is a "nightmare." A friend told me to remove the batteries from the phone, then unplug the phone jack from the livebox, wait a minute, put the batteries back in, and reconnect everything, and 8 times out of 10, it works again.
But today there was a new issue: the internet phone rang while I was on a hidden number and I only use it for personal calls. I answered, but there was nothing on the other end. Then I tried to call a number and had no dial tone. I wanted to open the battery compartment, but I can't manage to do that; it won't open anymore. I'm fed up; we pay for internet to have reliable services, and I’m glad I never agreed to go for "degroupage." I've kept my landline and fortunately, I have internet TV on one device, but I also kept my paid satellite.

Hi, if it's not the phone, it might be your SIM card. What is your carrier?

Well, I don't really know, have you tried changing services!
For example: if you have Orange, try SFR for instance.
Otherwise, ask the people if there are any in your store.

I have a GIGA AS28H phone, I have a livebox, and from the start, I've had issues receiving calls!!!!
When I call, I have no problem.....the phone indicator on the livebox is fixed. I called customer service and they told me everything is fine
I don't know what to do anymore
