Hello,

For a few days, after one to two minutes of use, Thunderbird freezes. The message Mozilla Thunderbird (Not Responding) appears at the top of the screen and there's nothing else to do.

I can only exit with CTRL ALT DELETE.

And when I relaunch the app, the problem comes back in the same way.

I have the updated version 128.6.1.

Does anyone have an idea?

    Hello,

To reset it, it should be similar to Firefox.

Therefore, transposing the instructions for Firefox to Thunderbird could help.

If you want to reset Firefox

Save bookmarks through the library, Import and Backup < Important

    Download the Firefox setup, https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/

Uninstall it, then in your search bar, type %AppData%

    Delete the Mozilla folder

In the search bar, type %LocalAppData%

    Delete the Mozilla folder

    Reinstall Firefox, import the bookmarks.

    Hello

    Thank you for this lead.

As I have been using Thunderbird since its creation and had never had any problems with this application, I was hesitant to reinstall.
