Hello,
I installed Mozilla Thunderbird weeks ago and, unfortunately!!!!, I didn't note the master password. Do you know if it is possible to retrieve it? Thank you for paying attention to my question.
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

    Hello!

    * Windows Mail
    * Windows Live Mail
    * IncrediMail
    * Eudora
    * Netscape 6.x/7.x (If the password is not encrypted with a master password)
    * Mozilla Thunderbird (If the password is not encrypted with a master password)
    * Group Mail Free
    * Yahoo! Mail - If the password is stored in the Yahoo! Messenger application.
    * Hotmail / MSN mail - If the password is stored in the MSN / Windows / Live Messenger application.
    * Gmail - If the password is saved by the Gmail Notifier application, Google Desktop, or by Google Talk.

    I know... it’s in English... but... download... unzip and run... all without installation...

    It’s not that hard.... ;)

      Thank you
      I found my passwords with the software. However, I didn't set one for Thunderbird, which asks me for one during installation. And the software obviously can't find one since there has never been one!
      It's annoying.... !!!!

    While I installed Thunderbird 3.0 on my PC running Vista, I am unable to create email accounts because a window appears on the screen asking for a password.
    My question: which password should I provide and in which section of the installation, as I am unable to continue enjoying Thunderbird?

    Thank you for your help.
