Unauthorized charge

Hello,

I receive a charge from HPY*IDENTIFYCALL ETLondon every month for 41.70 euros, even though I haven't subscribed to anything. Could you please let me know how to stop the charge?

    Contact your bank to stop the direct debit.

    It is important to be cautious with terminology. A direct debit refers to a withdrawal notice on a bank account made using a bank account details. One can unilaterally cancel this direct debit by doing so with the bank.

    But most of the time, subscriptions, unbeknownst to the person, are payments made using a credit card. In this case, the payments cannot be stopped. Check with your bank because you may need to file a dispute on the card and request a new one.
