Hello,
I've been charged €8.99 on my credit card for 2 consecutive months and I would like to be refunded because I only made

one purchase at Cdiscount and the total amount of my order has already been debited. What should I do? I REALLY WANT TO BE REFUNDED OR I WILL TAKE THIS ISSUE TO 50 MILLION CONSUMERS

I also have charges of 9.95 euros on my bank account since October 2010, even though I haven't signed anything beforehand.
What does "Club Avantage Loisirs" say when you call them? Do you have to file a complaint?
