Thunderbird password connection not possible

Good evening,

I had my Orange account blocked (I also have another one linked to the first). I’ve set new passwords etc…. I managed to unblock them, it’s fine, but Thunderbird doesn’t recognize the new passwords I set for the Orange accounts, even after uninstalling and reinstalling it. If anyone can help me, thank you.

    Does the address belong to your plan and is it not an old one from a canceled contract?

    Thank you but it already happened to me, but since I had replaced the code provided by Orange with a normal one I didn’t think we had to go through Orange... which is not convenient because now I have "service access denied" so no Thunderbird mail and on top of that Orange, which had software for notifications, no longer provides it!

      It’s because I’m using a 4G Home and you have to use the ADSL line with the Live Box... but despite everything, and with a password generated by Orange, it still doesn’t work!

    But Thunderbird should indicate that you get the password through Orange…

    Is there another email software besides Thunderbird that would be easier to use with Orange?
