La Fourche and unauthorized withdrawal

Hello,
Two years ago, I repeatedly asked La Fourche (an organic products site) to cancel my subscription for which they were charging annually to my account. However, it seems that their team still charged the amount for a subscription last year and even attempted to charge my account again this year. This last attempt was initially made impossible. La Fourche then sent me an email indicating how to pay for the subscription - an email I did not respond to. However, a few days later, a charge in their name was recorded on my account.
Has anyone had a similar experience with La Fourche or any other company?

Hello
Similar experience will not be of any help to you.
Regarding their payment, have you proceeded with the cancellation as mentioned here? If you have the proof "Emails" as well as their confirmation. In any case, send them a reminder email clearly stating your reminders and their payment, DEMAND the refund within 15 days. If you have all the evidence, you can also send them a letter with acknowledgment of receipt putting them on notice for immediate reimbursement.
Cancellation policy for members: You can cancel your membership at any time by sending us an email at contact@lafourche.fr. After cancellation, you will not be billed for new memberships or renewal of memberships, and your membership will remain effective until the end of your current membership. However, all membership fees paid prior to the termination of your membership are non-refundable, and you are responsible for all fees associated with your chosen payment method for membership before your cancellation. Gift vouchers and other discounts used will be deducted from the full refund of the annual membership.
In the event that a membership has been subscribed to and then cancelled, and a customer wishes to order again on lafourche.fr, they will be automatically re-billed for the annual membership and will therefore not be able to order without subscribing to a new membership.
La Fourche is committed to notifying at least one month in advance of the renewal of the annual membership through an email sent to the address provided when subscribing to the membership, in accordance with the provisions of Article L 215 -1 of the Consumer Code, reproduced below

In short, if you are acting in good faith, you should not let them take advantage of you and remind them of their own failure. If that doesn’t suffice, you can also file a complaint.
If you have not followed their instructions, then try to negotiate since you cannot hold them accountable without evidence.
