Hello,
I recently discovered a deduction of €13 from PayPal to "luluxembourg" on my account. However, I did not make this payment, and it does not appear in my PayPal transaction history...
Has someone used my credit card? Do you know how I can get reimbursed? Knowing that I don't leave my card laying around on the internet, this would involve a physical person..?
