Canon Pixma error code 1660

Hello,

I'm sorry to bother you, but I'm tearing my hair out over a Pixma TS8351 that is giving me error code 1660 on the large black cartridge. I've done 2 tests with genuine Canon cartridges and with a reusable one, and nothing works! I can't use it at all! It's new, but the mainland warranty doesn't work in Guadeloupe. I would have to send it back at my own expense, which is the price of the machine itself. The other genuine or reusable cartridges work perfectly. There’s no reset button on the printer, and I haven't found any tutorials online. Well, I haven't found one.

If anyone has a solution, please, rather than having to throw it away???? I have done a physical cleaning of the print head. I haven't reinstalled it yet.

Please, thanks in advance.

Hello,

the error code is: The ink cartridge cannot be identified.

So you need to look into this point; Is the cartridge really compatible..?

Is there not too much dirt on the chip contacts... is the contact working well..? clean the chip and the contact probes... See if one is not bent or retracted... etc...

Hello everyone,

According to the description, it seems to be this cartridge that is causing the problem. True?
► Why is this ink unavailable at Canon?

Best regards!
