Hello,
I have a problem with my Canon Prixma MG3255, I have an error code P04
and it won't take any paper; the printer shows an error message. I checked
the error code P02, which says there is a paper jam, but no paper was found.

You need to clarify the error code of your printer: P02 or P04.
Question: Did you not pull the paper roughly, which could have caused a plastic part to break?
