Hello,
The code 5B02 is displayed on my TS5350 PIXMA printer.
It seems that I need to reset the printer, but what support should I use, please?

Steps to reset a Canon printer to resolve error 5b02
1. Set the printer to "service mode"
- Turn off the printer while the power cord is still plugged in.
- Press and hold the 'Reset' button and do not release it.
- While holding the reset button, press and hold the "Power" button.
- In the second position, while still holding the buttons, release the 'Reset' button but keep the power button pressed, then press the 'Reset' button 5 times, and then release both buttons simultaneously.
- After that, perform a reset using the Canon service tool reset software to fix error 5b02
For the reset software:
Version v5103 seems to be suitable for your printer.
