Hello,

I ordered my package on 11/07 and I still haven't received it, considering that today is 11/21.
When I call Colissimo, it says that it will be entrusted to them.
Since 11/17, it has been in Paris Valedwaz Province, France.

Hello, in this specific situation, your package has not been shipped, so at first glance, the seller has not yet sent the package. It would then be interesting, in my opinion, to contact the seller to find out exactly how your order is being handled.

In any case, it is the seller who is responsible for the delivery.

The customer should not have to "do their job" with the carrier.

"Paris Valedwaz" is indeed the usual Chinese term referring to the airport platform in Roissy (Val d'Oise) for Shein.

As for the rest, the usual circus, congestion of the platform, customs clearance...

HELLO,

I am in the same situation, I ordered from Shein at the beginning of November, it is now 27-11 and I still haven't received anything with the mention "processing by bpost" at bpost. I just called bpost and they told me that the package has not yet arrived at their facility. Do you have any updates on this matter?
