Recover hacked Epic account

Hello, I am trying to recover my Fortnite account, which was stolen from me two years ago. I still have the purchases, as well as the original address, the old Epic and PSN usernames, etc. But I contacted support a week ago, and I haven't received any responses except once through the real-time chat, which was not very conclusive. They sent me an email, and then I followed the account approval instructions to prove that I own the original email address, but since then, nothing – total silence. If anyone can help me or share their situation so we can support each other, that would be great. I know I am not the only one in this situation.
