Free Internet Connection Unavailable

Hello,

Since yesterday, when I returned from a short 4-day trip, my Freebox Revolution displays this message when I try to connect to Wi-Fi:

Your Freebox Server is currently not connected to the Internet.

You can find more precise information regarding the status of your connection by following this link: http://mafreebox.freebox.fr/..

Once the problem is corrected, if this page still appears, remember to restart your Internet browser.

In the "Freebox Status" app of Freebox OS, it states that the box is not connected to the Internet.

I want to specify that during these four days the box was unplugged.

Hello,

If you unplugged it for several days, it's possible that Free has deactivated the connection.

So contacting Free would be the first good idea.

Do you have any steps showing up?

If you have step 2 or 3, it's possible that your line was overwritten during that time.

ADSL or fiber?

And there you go....

But misery, how annoying the line spacing is!!

Hello and thank you for your response,

First of all, I have fiber and my Freebox has a problem so I can't see if it is stuck at a certain stage since the backlit panel no longer displays anything, but I don't think the box is stuck at a stage because I was able to change the Freebox OS password several times using the arrows next to the panel.

I will try to contact Free during the day.
