Hello, I would like to subscribe to an internet plan with Free. I would like to know when the subscription starts for the first month:
- the subscription date?
- the date of receipt of the Freebox?
- the installation/connection date of the Freebox?

Additionally, if the subscription starts at the end of the month (for example), is there a prorated adjustment for the number of days used?

    Hello,

    Billing starts from the first synchronization of the Freebox. If this synchronization occurred in the middle of the month (Month N), the prorated amount will be added to the bill of the following month (Month N+1).
