Sharing Free 4G connection to my PC is impossible.

Hello, here's my problem:

My Freebox connection at a distance is quite weak (since I haven't bought a fiber subscription yet), I used to use my Free 4G from my PC by sharing the connection from my iPhone 6s. However, for the past 2-3 days, my PC can't use my 4G connection; I say use because it does connect, but a small yellow icon indicating that there is clearly an issue appears. There are even times when the icon isn't present, indicating that everything is fine,

but in both cases, the connection doesn't work, and the troubleshooter indicates that there is nothing abnormal:


Nothing works, it should be noted that I have been using an Essentiel B Wi-Fi dongle for a long time and I've never had any issues with it, the simple proof being that the Freebox Wi-Fi works very well (the fact that it connects, not the connection itself).

I then tried to connect to my Wi-Fi connection, but everything works correctly, which I can't understand.
I have already set the option, from the properties of the 4G in IPv4 "Obtain an IP address automatically"
I also did the netsh commands about a month ago (for another issue) so I don't think I need to do that again, right?

But still nothing, I don't know if it's my Wi-Fi dongle that's the problem, because my brother has already mentioned that he couldn't connect with his 4G to the PC either. I think it's more likely a setting that needs to be configured or something we might have messed up, anyway.

    Alright then, I tried to do the tethering from another device on a different Wi-Fi provider (Bouygues here) and it works; my brother is also with Free, which might explain the reason behind it. Is there a way to solve this issue? By contacting his provider?
