Hello, I don't remember what Cc and Cci mean. I'm not used to this messaging and I don't know how I can forward an email to multiple recipients while hiding their names.
Thank you for any help you can provide.
Have a great end of the day.

Good evening,
The answer to your question is here :
https://www.linternaute.fr/hightech/guide-high-tech/1413065-envoyer-un-mail-en-copie-cachee-cc-cci/In practice, we use blind carbon copy (BCC) to avoid, for example, sharing the email addresses of recipients.
If, for instance, the secretary of an association has to send a letter to all members, each member will know the email addresses of the other members if she does not send it in blind carbon copy. It can justifiably annoy someone to see their address shared without having given permission.
For your mailings, I do not recommend using Zimbra. Personally, I have trouble managing contacts.
I suggest you use Thunderbird, which is free software.
https://www.thunderbird.net/fr/The configuration of your email account is automatic. I recommend using IMAP settings for sending mail rather than POP settings.
Once you have configured your email and imported your contacts, usage will be very simple.
Unlike Zimbra, you will have the contact list displayed constantly when you send a mail.
Therefore, you will put the first recipient in the To line.
You will display the blind carbon copy line and paste the rest of the recipients into that line. -
A BIG THANK YOU FOR YOUR ADVICE
I used Thunderbird for several years until the day sending messages became impossible. As no one could solve my problem, I switched to Zimbra. I will be moving and I need to get an Internet Service Provider. I will take this opportunity to reprogram Thunderbird because it is true that this messaging service is more user-friendly and practical. I don’t find Zimbra very reliable, but I’m managing with it while waiting to have an Internet Service Provider, as I am currently on Wi-Fi from the subscription of the person I am temporarily staying with while waiting for my house.
Thanks again for your explanations and kindness.
Have a nice end of the day

Hello,
I have understood what my problem was with the Zimbra address book.
So I will outline here how to proceed with sending emails using Zimbra.
When you are on the Zimbra homepage, you click on New to compose a new message.
Then you click on Show BCC to add the BCC field.

So, you need to fill in the To and BCC fields. When you are done, you should have this:

To fill in and choose the recipients from your address book, you click on To. You will open a window that displays the possible recipients from the address book:
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU
It is very kind of you to offer me your valuable advice, which I am eager to put into practice.
Well done for your kindness.
Have a great end of the day.
