I would like to get rid of the recurring password entry for my Free Zimbra email.
Could someone please help me? Thank you very much in advance.

When I go to https://zimbra.free.fr/ with Firefox, the account and password are pre-filled, and I just have to validate.
This is possible because I have accepted to remember accounts on this site and I have only saved one account; if there were two, I would need to choose from a list.
If "Never remember passwords for this site" has been set, this setting needs to be removed. In Firefox / Settings / Privacy & Security / Logins and Passwords / Exceptions, if the Zimbra site is listed there, remove it.
At the same level, the options to Offer to save passwords and Autofill logins and passwords must be checked.

Hello,
The issue has been resolved; I wasn't patient enough because my email account was blocked by Free (hacking?); indeed, the password change took some time. Thank you for your help and have a nice day. -
Hello,
It is necessary to specify the context so that someone familiar with this environment can respond.
Because one can access Zimbra:- from a PC and a browser (Edge, Firefox, ...)
- from a PC and an email client (Thunderbird, Outlook, ...)
- from a mobile phone and a browser
- from a mobile phone and an application
....

When I am in "Privacy and Security," I do not have "never save passwords," and then in
"Synchronization of identities and passwords," the syncs are there. Zimbra is checked as saved. Why is it not in reality?
