Free Zimbra Email Unavailable

Question

Hello,
Like some of you, my Free Zimbra mailbox has been inaccessible since yesterday (08/01/22) with the message "302 Found The document has moved here.".
My second mailbox via Roundcube is working very well, though.
Is there anything that can be done, or do we have to patiently wait for Free to work on the cause of the outage...?

I spent several hours trying to unlock my email thinking I was the only one affected. Honestly, if it's a server issue, they should indicate it when you log onto their site!!!

Hello,

I have the same issue with one of my email addresses. After contacting Free support, it turns out that one of the Zimbra servers is malfunctioning. The failure has been identified and is being resolved, but no precise timeline has been announced.

So patience, and everything should be back to normal.

Thank you for your responses, same problem since the evening of January 7th!! no access to my Free Zimbra inbox! a real hassle to start the year.

same problem since last night: no sending possible from Free (via Office Outlook and Thunderbird)
in addition to the dozens of email copies sent in a row

Otherwise, it still seems to work when connecting to the Zimbra site...

Free email inbox still down. December 2021, February 2022, and now March. This is getting really annoying.

not to mention that when the messaging works, we are denied messages because we are considered spammers...

For important messages, use Gmail; it's immediate.
Take the same address as Free, but on another server, for example Gmail.
It costs nothing, and it helps. You just need to create an email address on Gmail
or another server, and there are plenty to choose from.
It's the only solution in the meantime.
