Free and Zimbra Messaging Issues

Hello,

The Zimbra messaging system has not been working since the end of last week, a recurring password issue when trying to connect. Firefox reports that the login and password information will be sent in plain text and not encrypted... (Under these conditions, access to personal Freebox information including Freebox support is currently set aside)
WHAT IS HAPPENING? Why are passwords involved? Are there other Free users experiencing this issue? (Huge block, considerable loss of time...)

Configuration: Mac OS X / Safari 533.19.4

    Hello everyone, I receive my messages but can’t send or reply to emails. Issues with my contact addresses (unknown or unrecognized).

    Hello,
    below the password, it is requested to switch to HTML mode
    when the messaging opens, go to preferences and check standard mode
    then everything goes back to normal
    until they fix the site?

      I haven't had free Zimbra messaging since June 7th. I'm unable to send or receive emails. Please do something and quickly.

    Yes!!! Big problems with my email: unable to connect (error message 503).

    And no solution from Free support!!! Only "you will be able to access it in a few hours".... 56 hours later: still nothing!

    Impossible to recover my emails... and I am a self-employed entrepreneur...!!! This is a very detrimental problem.

    In conclusion?? An incompetent provider because they give me no solution... other than to wait....

      I’m in the same situation; I can’t open my Zimbra Free email either, and it’s very, very annoying! They could mention it on their homepage; that would prevent us from thinking it might be a problem with our computer!!!!

      Hello! The same problem! However, my inbox became active again after three days, BUT I lost my address book, my message archives... :-( And of course, nothing from Free, which only acknowledged my issue...

      same problem refusing the password on webmail response from support "you are not the only one in this case technicians are working on it but no date"

      identical problem and on top of that the page is in English, a language I don't speak! no tabs for translation; furthermore, I am receiving emails that I had deleted on Free!! I am lost and especially regret having migrated
