Good evening,
I have a problem with the Zimbra free messaging system on my son's PC running Windows 7.
The connection to the messaging system is not an issue, but when I try to access the "Trash" folder with over 2500 messages and "Spam" with over 4000 messages, I receive the following message:
Code CSFE_SVC_Error
HTTP Response Status 404
From my son's PC, whenever we try to access the different folders like "inbox," "received messages," "drafts," etc., the above message blocks access to the folder.
From another PC, I was able to log in and delete all the messages from the Trash and Spam folders.
As a test, I sent a message from another PC to the problematic messaging system.
The message did not reach its destination, and despite deleting all the messages, there is a return to the sender's address stating that the recipient's inbox is full:
Error Icon
Recipient's inbox full
Your message could not be delivered to r,,,,,.,,,,,,@free.fr. Their inbox is full or they are currently receiving too many messages.
It seems that deleting messages does not free up space in the area reserved for new messages.
Is there a solution to reorganize the Zimbra/Free messaging inbox when it is full?
Thank you for your advice
Have a good weekend
Gérard
