Hello,
I am having serious issues accessing my Alice Zimbra email account on FF and even Google Chrome.
It tells me that the site is not secure, I’ve been receiving this message for a long time but I used to be able to log in.
Currently, it is impossible.
I went and cleared the cookies, emptied the cache, but nothing works.
Here is the message:
zimbra.aliceadsl.fr uses an invalid security certificate. Certificates issued by GeoTrust, RapidSSL, Symantec, Thawte, and VeriSign are no longer considered secure because these certification authorities have, in the past, failed to adhere to security practices. Error code: MOZILLA_PKIX_ERROR_ADDITIONAL_POLICY_CONSTRAINT_FAILED
What should I do please?
Thanks in advance
Configuration: Windows / Firefox 64.0

If the problem has a solution, there's no need to worry, but if it doesn't, then worrying is pointless.

Hello,
What version of Windows do you have?
What is your antivirus?
Disable HTTPS scanning or connection scanning.
Do you see the page zimbra alice
Are your browsers up to date?
Yesterday, a new version was released for Firefox and Google Chrome.
Firefox 65 here
Google Chrome here
Google Chrome 64 here
Do you have an ad blocker like Adblock or Ublock or NoScript?
Disable it if you have one.
Do you have any security software other than your antivirus, like Malwarebytes?
I greet brupala in passing.
A+
