Hello, I created an account or requested a new password on two different sites (Impôts.gouv & MonIdeNum), and each time I receive an activation link via email, but as soon as I click on it, a page appears telling me "the link has expired." Has anyone had this problem before? I’m not sure if the two issues are connected, as I usually have no problems with other online accounts. I’m using a computer, Google Chrome, and the standard Outlook web interface. Does anyone have an idea please? How can I check which antivirus programs are installed on my computer and if they might be interfering? Thank you, have a good day!

Hello,
It is likely that you clicked on an expired link.
Delete all of these emails and wait before requesting a new one.

Hello, thank you for your response, but no, the links were not expired; I had just received them, and every time I request a new one, the problem starts again.

Hello, thank you but no, I confirm the links are not expired, I have tried 30,000 times, waiting well before asking for a new one :) The support service indicates that Outlook's antivirus "scans" the hyperlink to check its security, and that this "scan" is considered a "click," so obviously when I click, it’s expired. But the explanation is very strange, how do millions of other users on Outlook manage then...? They tell me to contact my email provider, just that... What should I do? Ask Outlook to review their work? ^^ I don’t use any particular antivirus or plugin on Chrome that could block the functionality, and I have a subscription to Outlook 365. Could someone please test the "forgot password" functionality on Monidenum? Thank you!
